Update: http://soupsoup.tumblr.com/post/130029507/here-is-the-original-un-photoshopped-photo-a Ok, so apparently this was photoshopped.  BUT, in the original image, she’s giving him a thumbs up, which is apparently a middle eastern insult akin to “the finger”, to begin with.  I can’t think of a time when I saw a photoshopped image on the internet, where the alteration was actually intended to bolster the meaning of the image.  In college, I could have written five pages about this, I bet.
